Children will sing, dance and act their way into Mirabel’s world of Colombian music, Latin dance, flowers and magic. This is a fully participatory workshop.  FRIENDSHIP & KINDNESS YOGA – Explore the concepts of friendship, community and kindness through accessible yoga poses and breathing techniques. Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 FROZEN INSPIRED DANCE & DRAMA – This program explores the world of Frozen through music, movement and drama. Children will sing, dance and act their way into the world of ice castles, silly snowmen and magic. This is a fully participatory workshop. Children are encouraged to wear costumes, but it’s not required. Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 GARDEN YOGA – Kids will learn about ways they can protect the earth while enjoying the benefits of yoga through our new eco-yoga program. We encourage you to run this program in an outdoor space. Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 GIGGLE GROOVE – This creative class was designed with active toddlers in mind! Children will explore music, movement and stories as they work on their gross motor skills. Suitable for Toddlers.

 GLOBAL DANCE PARTY – Participants will dance their way around the world as they sample music and movement from various cultures. All new material for 2022! Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 HIP HOP 101 – Students will learn the latest hip-hop dance moves in this very popular program. Suitable for Casa and Elementary Children.

 IMPROVISATION – This fun, active and spontaneous drama workshop utilizes improvisation exercises and theatre games to help students sharpen their ability to think quickly and work as a team. Suitable for Elementary Children.

 LATIN MUSIC AND MOVEMENT – Lively movement, energetic rhythms and Latin music make this program a huge hit with little ones. Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa and Casa Children.

MATH MOVEMENT – This program helps children explore math through kinesthetic movement and drama games. A fun way to learn with the whole body! Suitable for Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 MINDFULNESS FOR CHILDREN – This program introduces children to the concept of being mindful through experiential lessons on intention, attention, attitude and gratitude. Participants will explore ways to live in the present moment with openness and gain tools to move through their days with more joy, ease and kindness.  NURSERY RHYME YOGA  – Little ones will explore their favourite nursery rhymes through yoga poses, storytelling and mindful moments. Suitable for Toddlers and Pre-Casa.

 RAINBOW DRAMA – This program gives children the opportunity to participate in drama games, activities, songs, music, movement, role play and lots of imaginative play. Each session focuses on a different adventure. Suitable for Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.

 RHYTHMIC MOVEMENT & DRUMMING – Children will learn and explore the basic rhythms and beats of the djembe drum (as well as move and dance!). All children will get to use a drum as part of this program. Suitable for Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children. *Minimum 2 hour booking required for all drum workshops.

 SCHOOLHOUSE STOMP – Children will learn to create music using everyday items, including buckets, drum sticks, cups and more! Suitable for Casa and Elementary Children.

 SUNSHINE DRAMA – This unique program is perfect for little ones ages 18 months to 2.5 years. Each session is filled with exploration, imagination, songs, music, movement and role play. Suitable for Toddlers.

 WILD WILD WEST – Calling all cowboys and cowgirls! Participants will explore drama and country dancing all based on the Wild West. Suitable for Casa and Elementary Children.

 YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY – This program introduces children to yoga in a safe and inclusive way. Students will learn introductory yoga poses and how to use their breath to find calm, peace and joy. Suitable for Toddlers, Pre-Casa, Casa and Elementary Children.
